We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €300.

Orders within Europe are typically shipped from Europe.

Orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore are typically shipped directly from our production facility in Bali, Indonesia.

Please note that in some cases we may ship your order from a different location depending on stock availability, in order to expedite delivery and avoid delays.

 

1.1 Shipping Rates

All prices on www.lu-ciee.com are listed in Euro (€) and refer to the garment only. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

We dispatch EU orders from Europe, while all other orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

All cashmere styles ship from Europe. Shipping costs to Australia & New Zealand are not included in free shipping thresholds; we will follow up with details via email.

1.2 Dispatch & Delivery

Order Processing

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after close of business Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days from dispatch

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at hello@lu-ciee.com.

1.4 Shipping Address & Delivery

To ensure successful delivery, please:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Include unit numbers, building names, or levels where applicable

  • Use an address where someone will be available 

We recommend using a business or office address where possible.

If no one is present at delivery, the courier may leave an attempted delivery notice with instructions for collection or redelivery.

Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 

1.5 Tax & Duties

As an international brand some orders may be shipped from outside your destination country.

This may result in import duties or taxes determined by your local customs authority. These charges are outside of our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.

We always aim to ship from the closest available location whenever possible to minimize transit time and additional costs.

Shipping costs and taxes cannot be refunded for orders refused due to customs charges.

1.6 Lost Goods

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery address. Once an order has been marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, l u • c i e e cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lu-ciee.com and we will assist you.

Before contacting us, please check:

  • Your tracking link for the latest updates

  • Your shipping address on the order confirmation

  • Any delivery notices left by the courier

  • With household members or building reception

  • Safe delivery areas such as porch, garage, or reception desk

If the courier confirms proof of delivery, we unfortunately cannot replace or refund the parcel.

1.7 Damaged Parcels

l u • c i e e is not liable for damage sustained to parcels after successful delivery to the nominated address.

 

1.8 Returned to Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to l u • c i e e due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@lu-ciee.com to arrange redispatch. Additional shipping and return charges may apply.
