1. Return Eligibility

Important Notice on Return Eligibility

Return eligibility is determined by the shipping destination of the order, not the billing address or nationality of the customer.

Full-Price Items

  • Orders delivered within the European Union qualify for a store credit or a refund. in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

  • Orders delivered outside of the European Union are eligible for store credit only, unless deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a 20% discount are eligible for store credit only, unless deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

Final Sale

Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Condition of Items

Returned items must be: unworn, unused, and unwashed, in original condition and with all tags attached

.

Returns received after 14 days from delivery will automatically be issued store credit only.


2. How to Request a Return

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email hello@lu-ciee.com with your order number to initiate your return.

Returns from Australia & New Zealand are directed to our production facility in Bali, Indonesia. All other international returns must be sent to our distribution partner in Europe.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Items that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer.


3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as l u • c i e e is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Any import duties or taxes incurred on returned parcels will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


4. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment, with a processing fee of €10 deducted.

If you require a different size, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.


5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at: hello@lu-ciee.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Images or videos are required for review by our quality control team.


6. Sizing

Our sizing follows standard EU sizing. Measurements may vary slightly between styles due to design or fabrication.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credits must be used before the expiration date stated on the card or email.

If no expiration date is specified, the balance may be used at any time.

Unused balances cannot be reinstated once expired.


8. Bali Store Returns

Items purchased in our Bali flagship store are subject to a separate policy.

  • Exchanges: within 72 hours of purchase

  • Refunds: not available for in-store purchases
