Thank you for shopping with us at l u • c i e e and we hope that you love your recent purchase! However, we understand that you may wish to return an item, please see below for details and instructions of l u • c i e e return policy and procedures.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from receiving your online order. Please email us immediately at hello@lu-ciee.com.
Returns are accepted by our distribution center in the Czech Republic. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.
All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags still attached. 
If the item/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient.
Purchases are eligible for Online Store Credit note valid for one year from date of issue. 
Refunds are made on 'faulty' items only. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you purchased our items in our flagship store in Bali, please email hello@lu-ciee.com.

    PLEASE BE INFORMED:
    We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
    Items purchased on Sale are final. 
    The return shipping cost and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of import duties will be deducted from your Online Store Credit.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as l u • c i e e takes no responsibility in tracking your return OR for missing incoming deliveries of a return. 

    FAULTY PRODUCT
    In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email us immediately at hello@lu-ciee.com with imagery and a detailed description of your concern. We will endeavour to rectify your order as best as possible.

    SIZE ISSUE
    All sizing corresponds to a standard EU sizing. Our sizing chart is to be used only as a guide and that measurements can vary slightly from style to style due to cut, design or fabrication. If the item purchased does not fit you, please email us at hello@lu-ciee.com.
