Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your l u • c i e e purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to email us at email@example.com.
At l u • c i e e, we thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged with the utmost care.
It is possible to return any full priced items purchased for an exchange within 7 days from the date of when the item has been received.
Refunds are made only for 'faulty' items. We refund 90% of the amount paid to cover the double up, in credit card transaction fees and shipping.
There is no exchange or refund on sale items.
Exchange will only be accepted, if:
- The item(s) is in it's original packaging with all tags intact
- The item is returned within 7 days of receipt
- Items have been worn, damaged or washed
- The items are faulty.
- The items received are different to the goods you have ordered
Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via express post or another trackable method.
When returning goods please enclose:
1) Your contact details, including email address and phone number
2) If wanting to exchange your item, please include a self addressed express post envelope to send your new item back in. Your new item cannot be sent without this.
Upon receiving the item, we will assess the items and if it satisfies our requirements we will offer an exchange or credit note. If the item/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient.
l u • c i e e does not accept responsibility of customer sent returns or exchange packages. It is advised that when shipping exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As per our policy, ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, OR ONLINE CREDIT NOTE ONLY. (We offer refund for faulty items only.)
