Return Eligibility
Full Price Items: EU and UK based customers are eligible for a refund or online store credit, while U.S. and Australia based customers are eligible for store credit only.
Sale Items: Item(s) with discounted price is only eligible for online store credit only if defective due to a manufacturing error.
Final Sale Items: Item(s) discounted by 30% or more are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty.
Note: Returns only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit.
Returns Terms & Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from receiving your online order. Please email us immediately at hello@lu-ciee.com.
- Returns are accepted by our distribution center in the Czech Republic. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Please note: If the item/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient.
- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags still attached.
- If you need a different size, return your item for online store credit and use it to purchase the correct size.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we do not refund any shipping-related costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Import duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund or a store credit.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
l u • c i e e is not liable for lost garments during return shipping. We recommend using a prepaid service with tracking.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at hello@lu-ciee.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and relevant photos/videos of the item(s) along with a detailed description of your concern. Photos/videos are mandatory for evaluation by our QC team. Claims with unclear or irrelevant imagery will not be processed. Additional videos may be requested for further investigation.
Size Issue
All sizing corresponds to a standard EU sizing. Our sizing chart is to be used only as a guide and that measurements can vary slightly from style to style due to cut, design or fabrication. If the item purchased does not fit you, please email us at hello@lu-ciee.com.
Gift Card & Store Credit Policy
- If you received a Gift Card or Store Credit, please adhere to the expiration date stated on the card or email.
- If no expiration date is stated on the Gift Card or Store Credit, it can be used at any time.
- Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reissued.
